SVOLVÆR HISTORIELAG har i lengre tid samlet inn penger til en konstruksjon av den gamle Bykiosken som stod på torget opp til begynnelsen av 1970 tallet.

Historielaget har fått tillatelse av kommunestyret til å plassere denne spesielle bykiosken som er i pagode stil på torget i byen.
